TYRE and wheel maker YHI International recorded a 25 per cent jump in net profit to $25.5 million for the year ended Dec 31, after achieving a 15 per cent increase in turnover to $334.8 million on the back of growth in its manufacturing and distribution businesses.

Earnings per share rose to 4.36 cents from a restated 3.48 cents the previous year. It announced a first and final dividend of one cent a share.
