UNITED Fiber System's subsidiary Poh Lian Construction has been awarded two contracts totalling $39.1 million for piling and main contracts work for the proposed four-storey warehouse retail building in Tampines by Ikano Pte Ltd.

　　The scheduled completion time is the third quarter of 2006.
