UNITED Fiber System Limited's building arm, Poh Lian Construction Pte Ltd, has been awarded a building contract for The Solitaire condominium development by City Developments Limited.

The $41.4 million project along Stevens Road will boost Poh Lian's order book from $162.2 million to $203.4 million.
