NH Ceramics said yesterday that Ernst & Young has emphasised in its auditors' report that the ability of the company and the group to continue as going concerns is dependent on several factors which include: the profitability and cash flows of the group over the next 12 months; and continuing support from financial institutions in relation to banking and credit facilities. The group incurred a net loss of $4.99 million for the financial year ended June 2005 and, as at that date, the company's and the group's current liabilities exceeded current assets by $31,734 and $2.04 million respectively.
