NH CERAMICS said that its wholly owned subsidiary, Nam Huat Tiling & Panelling
Co, had on Sept 13 agreed to sell a freehold property at Jalan Masjid for $2.3
million.
The option, granted to Zhulian Singapore Pte Ltd, will expire in three
weeks from the date of grant.
