ADDITIONAL INVESTMENT IN NAM TAT PTE. LTD.
Further to the Masnet Announcement No. 77 dated 31.12.2003. The Board of Directors of NH Ceramics Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Nam Tat Pte. Ltd. ("Nam Tat") has increased its paid-up share capital to S$300,000/-. The Company has subscribed for additional 288,000 ordinary shares of S$1/- each in the capital of Nam Tat for a consideration of S$288,000/-.
The above transaction is not expected to have any significant impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company and the Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2004.
As far as the directors of the Company are aware, none of the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect in the above transaction other than through their shareholdings in the Company.
