NH Ceramics has slipped into the red with an interim loss of $451,000 for the six months ended Dec 31, 2000, mainly due to a fall in revenue. The company had recorded a profit of $1.2 million in the previous corresponding period. Turnover fell 15 per cent to $13.2 million due to the slump in the Singapore property market and construction sector. Loss per share was 0.69 cent, against a profit of 2.33 cents previously, while net tangible assets edged up to 23.11 cents from 22.32 cents.
