Change Of Company Secretary
The Board of Directors of NH Ceramics Ltd wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Pang Nghee Thiam Louis as Company Secretary in place of Ms Chan Chow Pheng. The change of Company Secretary is effective from 1 July 2001. After the change, the Joint Company Secretaries of the Company are Ms Chang Sow Kuen and Mr Pang Nghee Thiam Louis.
