A SUBSTANTIAL shareholder of JK Yaming International, Phihong International Corp, bought 2.1 million shares of the China-based maker of lighting systems and wire harnesses in the open market on April 13, raising its stake to 6.1 per cent from 5.07 per cent. Shares of JK Yaming finished unchanged yesterday at 41 cents.
