LIGHTING specialist JK Yaming International said its subsidiary has set up a company in China called Shanghai Yuan Ya Lighting Engineering (SYY).

SYY's principal activities are project design and consulting, installation and sale of electrical lighting products and accessories. The total consideration for the investment is 500,000 yuan (S$109,500).
