Notice Of Books Closure Date - Interim Dividend
Further to the Half-Year results announcement released by Jackspeed Corporation Limited (the "Company") on 11 October 2004, the Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce the following:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 10 November 2004 for the preparation of interim dividend warrants.
Duly completed registrable transfer received by the Company's Share Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited, 138 Robinson Road #17-00 The Corporate Office Singapore 068906 up to 5.00 p.m. on 9 November 2004 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlements to the said interim dividend. Members whose Securities Accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on 9 November 2004 will be entitled to the proposed interim dividend.
Payment of the interim dividend will be made on 30 November 2004.
