INTER-ROLLER Engineering has won a $15-million contract from Emirates Flight Catering, a subsidiary of Emirates Airlines, to build an in-flight catering system for a new flight kitchen at Dubai International Airport.

The automated system is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2006.

Inter-Roller said the project is expected to contribute to its turnover and profits for the current year as well as the subsequent two years.
