CHAIRMAN and executive director Lim Yong Wah dipped into the market and bought 50,000 Inter-Roller Engineering shares from the open market at 70.2 cents each last Thursday.

His purchase - which raises his stake to 3.41 per cent - coincided with news released the same day that the company had clinched five separate deals worth $10.7 million to upgrade five international airports.

Inter-Roller shares climbed 3.5 cents to 74 cents at the end of the week.
