问1。China's economy is growing despite the global economic slowdown. What is the Group's strategy on this market? Any possible overseas listing in China?

答 ：China is a very big market and has strong growth potential. Its impending entry to the WTO and the upcoming Olympics 2008 in Beijing will continue to spur growth in China in the coming years. Achieva views China as a significant market which will contribute increasingly to our Group revenue and earnings. As China is a very competitive market and local knowledge is critical, our strategy in China will focus on our niche competencies and we will work with a credible local partner to penetrate effectively into the domestic market. The IT demand will be tremendous as China continues to develop. This will mean excellent opportunities for Achieva. We have no immediate listing plans in China, although if the opportunity and timing is right, we will consider it.

问2。Any plans to enter new markets in the near term? Why? What are the markets that Achieva will concentrate in the next few years?

答 ：We are always looking out for new markets to explore growth opportunities. We are currently concentrating on North Asia such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and SEAsian markets such as Vietnam and the Philippines.

答 ：We focus on our core competencies, manage our costs and resources more effectively and efficiently and provide more value-added product and service offerings to our customers. 答 ：Yes, we still aim to achieve this revenue as we believe that we are already one of the top IT solutions providers in Asia-Pacific. With our expansion into high-growth markets, growth in our value-added product and service offerings and strong team of enterprising and professional management, we are confident of achieving our targets.
